Windows 10 update wont install

I have enabled the updates from the setting panel but I once I have gotten the message to restart to install the update(for the build 1709) the PC takes a time to close the windows session but once it shows that the process of installation has started it is stuck on 5% and then restarts and show that it required restarting to install the updates but it didnt complete more than 5% of the installation, so how can i install the windows 10 build update 1709 ?



I have tried the Windows 10 Update Assistant and it doesnt complete the download correctly
 
probably something its corrupted, damaged with your actual windows permissions, so, do it with the Windows 10 media creation tool
 
somethings stuck or corrupted. try resetting your updates.
open command or power shell as admin
type: net stop wuauserv
hit enter.
then go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete everything in it
reboot and try updating again.

I tried that and it didnt seem to work i had to install the win10 iso
