Already had a iso of win 10 1709 made by me on 12.22.17

Windows 10 installed fine. Got some updates installed but kb4056892 installed and asked to restart so clicked restart. Eventually after post the Windows logo would show but not f
Go any further. Waited 30 mins and nothing. Cut power. Start up again and same. Cut power one more time and fire it up again. This time it goes into self check mode and removed the update in it's own and can boot to Windows finally.

After research looks like you need to manually download and install kb4073290 from www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4073290

Installed update and looks like all is well.

Only posting to help someone else out.
