Windows 10 Search - Possible to add things?

I grow tired of having to go through Apps and Features just to get to programs and features. It's also aggravating that when you explicitly search for programs and features that it doesn't come up.

Is there a way to add this or other things to the index?

Windows-R and type control and hit enter.
Go to Programs
Right click Programs and Features -- Pin to quick access, Pin to start, or create shortcut.

Alternatively you can do some stuff to make it easier according to this:

Haven't tried that though, so use at your discretion.
