Windows 10 lock screen, can't sign in

I'm having an issue where, at the lock screen, it occasionally won't allow me to click the "Sign in" button. I try to tab over to the button also, no luck. In every case, within 60 seconds or less, it eventually allows me to click the button. This only happens maybe 15% of the time that I am at the lock screen but it is still very annoying.

I have Windows set to keep my monitors on for a long time at idle, so I can be over at my workbench and still glance over at my main monitors. To help compensate for this, I have gotten into the habit of hitting Winkey+L every time I walk away from my computer. The lock screen has it's own idle settings, and turns the monitors off after 60 seconds or so.
