Greetings,
Are there any programs out there that could extend the 'snap to' functions of Windows for more flexibility and control? It would be nice if I could snap to..
Having two monitors horizontally, I have found WinKey+Left & Right arrow keys extremely useful. The 'snap to' feature would be extensively more beneficial if I could snap to quadrants or ninths or horizontal halves. With a monitor rotated 90 degrees, Windows 8 wasn't programmed to be intelligent about that the longer dimension of the x/y resolution should determine what halves windows can be snapped to.
