Win7: USB Audio + Sleep = Crash ?

Recently I've got 2 instances of a crash happening on attempted hibernate. In both cases I used Skype and USB headphones/mic some time before I hibernated the machine.
I wonder, has anyone seen a similar crash?

Hrm... I can tell you that I have a super cheap Logitech USB Headset/Mic that hasn't caused me any problems with Win7, for what it's worth.
 
I used the same USB headphone/mic for a very long time without any issues. It uses a standard Windows7 USB audio driver so there's nothing to replace/update.

Apparently the error had something to do with Intel Storage Manager.
