Win7 installs fine, then reboots to complete installation but then stops the loading of windows saying there was an unexpected reboot or error and windows installation cannot proceed and to reinstall windows again. This was a clean install of windows and not an upgrade.

I checked the setup error log in Panther and it said there was a [0x060675] error, which i don't know what could cause this.

Setup is

Amd X3 425

Asus M4A77D

WD 320 Gb blue

2 Gb ozc mem

I also have the a setupact log if that will help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at your sata config settings in the bios... I have had troubles in the past with the apci (or whatever) modes with win 7 / vista... you might try to set these to ide or compatibility mode. Just a thought.
