win7 activation question

Hi so I'm planning a budget build here, I have a copy of win7 ultimate. The thing is I will eventually upgrade to something better but I would like to take win7 ultimate with me considering it's worth more than the processor I'm getting.

Can I re-activate it on a new computer later? Or is it stuck at one comp?

Yes. It should allow you 3 activations before it requires you to call into the 1-800 # to recharge it.

Office 2010 works basically the same way, its got 3 activations hardcoded to its key, and I was able to get a 4th activation done over the phone w/o any CSR interaction.
