Win update 1.4.18 messed up Asus Ai Suite

I get a message about an exception on the server.

Mildly useful tool, kinda nice to have it working even just for the fan control utility.
 
I have 2 systems with the same problem. Good news for me is that I checked my fan speeds and somehow the software seems to still follow the last used fan profile. Just to be safe I went into the BIOS and made sure the QFAN profiles were properly set in case they're needed as a backup.
 
I double checked last night, there hasn't been an update to the AI Suite utility since the Oct. 30th version. They seem to be wasting a lot of their time on the Aura software, although they did release new BIOSes right after new years for many of their current MBs.
 
Ya, the new bios was able to get my ddr 4 over 3k and stable. Was stuck at 2933 prior.
 
New version 3.00.13 released 1/12/18 solves the problem. Almost missed it since I forgot to check until this morning.
 
Just in case anyone stumbles upon this topic, they also released an updated Performance and Power Saving Utilities v1.05.14.
