It seems the netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp and others do not work.
Even trying out netsh int tcp set supplemental automatic ctcp enabled and others examples seemed locked out.
Whats the deal with these? Was wanting to enable ctcp, dma, dca ones.
I do think I got the dma enabled. I'm on a win7 laptop currently so those specific ones I'm pulling from memory.
