Win 10 Pro 64 bit not displaying websites all i get is this with FF 39.03

What does Windows 10 have to do with FF39 not rendering pages properly.
 
Are you saying you have a browser specific issue? This question might be better in a different section
 
they just released FF 40 w/ support for windows 10 today.

Download that and try it out
 
Always check another site with the same browser, then check both sites with a different browser. That will tell you if the site or browser is causing the issue. If it's the site, report it. If it's the browser, update or use a different one. ;)
