Will upgrading the feet on my Logitech G604 to aftermarket allow it to be more slippery on a cloth mousepad?

I have a Corsair MM700 RGB mousepad, but feel like my G604 is sticky, hard to move. Would upgrading the feet make any difference in the feel when using a cloth mousepad? Any suggestions on which feet would be ideal?

Ceramic/glass discs if you're after ultimate low friction on cloth. I had to rough up mine with sand paper because the mouse wouldn't stay still while clicking.

"Ceramic mouse skates" brings back the most results on Amazon.

New skates will definitely help on cloth if your originals are scratched and worn but you'll never get the hard surface response you're likely looking for. Cloth just isn't as quick as hard surfaces. When I play twitchy games I use my desktop (a piece of masonite overtop to protect the desktops wood)rather than my cloth mat. The difference is like walking on grass vs ice.

Do you have any suggestions for hard mouse pads? It seems like they don't make very many these days.

i cant help you there unfortunately. I found the same! No idea why hard surface mouse pads are dying off. I gave up trying to find one after using my g502 on the Masonite (a type of slippery smooth pressboard)top of my workbench several years ago. Since then Ive used Masonite almost exclusively for gaming. I cut a piece to fit under the giant cloth mouse mat on my desk (36inx18in I believe) then switch back and forth. Its kind of inconvenient but it works for me. I also have two g502s one for each surface to avoid scratching up the soft surface mouse.

I get the Masonite from HD or Lowes if you want to check it out. I use it for a lot of stuff like work bench tops, bookshelf backs and shelf liners, etc.

What? Petty much every peripheral company sells a teflon mouse mat. I use a Logitech g440. It's basically the exact same as what Corsair and a number of others sell. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, it wears down and I need to replace it every year or so. But I have the poweplay wireless charging thing that it fits perfectly over.
