Will this heatsink fan and PSU fit into a cube case?

A zelman9500 AM2 heatsink and normal sized atx powersupply... will it fit into a shuttle or cube sized case? I'm thinking of buying a case like this but want to know if it would fit.
 
If you buy a shuttle, the heatsink and PSU is alsready included with the case. Standard PSUs and HSF's won't fit and aren't needed - the included stuff is pretty good.

Other cases like the Qpack or Aria should handle the PSU, the zalman might be too big though.
 
Actually the ARIA / NSK 1300 have their own proprietary PSU size. You CAN fit a standard PSU in there but it takes ALOT of modding. About the largest heatsink for the CPU you can get in the ARIA/1300 is a Zalman 7000.
 
I just put a Zalman 9500 into a Qpack. I had to do some modding, and the HDD is in a 5.25 slot instead of the stock caddy, but it fits.
