Will there ever be a third party cooler for the Titan X?

I'm not a fan of the reference blower design, and want something with more open design and fans. Will there be a third party fan design for the Titan X?
 
This is a fair question, since Nvidia did not allow aftermarket air coolers to be sold on previous Titans.

Pretty easy: They make you sign an agreement, and if you violate it, they stop selling you GPUs.

And yes there are already aftermarket waterblocks for the Titan X. Have at it.

Gigabyte creatively got around it by just packing in a separate Windforce cooler that the user could install themselves.

EVGA are already taking orders for one with a waterblock with their name on it - so presumably yes?
 
Dam, i don't know if i should wait for a different cooler, or purchase now incase the supply runs out, really want one before GTA V (april 14th).

EDIT: waited too long sole out in like 10 mins haha.
