I've been reminiscing about the Thief franchise. The games were fantastic, particularly 1 & 2. They had an atmosphere like no other game before or since. I long for another game in the series but it looks doubtful with the demise of Looking Glass and Ion Storm. Does anybody know who owns the intellectual rights to the franchise and do you think there will be more adventures with the master thief?

I read over the weekend that they plan on doing T4, but it wont be the same theme. They want to bring a modern timeframe to it. Warren Spector is no longer with this group though. I'll try to find the link to the story.
