Will group policy auto reboot a pc that isn't logged in?

Group policy refreshes ever 90 minutes + random, right? If we have a PC sitting at a login screen, and GP recognizes that there is a new policy that requires the PC to be restarted, is it going to auto restart itself? Or does it wait to be rebooted on its own?

It's not 90 minutes + random.
It's 90 minutes unless either manually updated, or during log-in/start-up.

And I have not seen group policy auto restart a computer unless you do a gpupdate /force and it says it needs to reboot and asks if you want to. If you say yes then it reboots.
But rebooting automatically is not behavior I have ever observed.

like cyr0n_k0r said, I have also never seen a GP update force a reboot, unless it was done manually with the /force, /boot, and/or /sync switch(es).
