Will a GTX 1650 do 4K/120hz full RGB via DP

I'm planning to pick up a used GTX 1650 and have a 4K monitor that supports 120hz, however I don't play games, I'm just using it to watch HD videos and for general usage only. Will the GTX 1650 be able to output 120hz with full RGB if I use the DP port?

tpu says it has dp 1.4a so you should be good.
