wifi faster than my wired??

so I was bored today and decided to test my internet speed. I did wireless and wired test on my set up. did 5x speed test on each and everytime, my wireless came out on top. wireless would run 115mbs vs. 80mbs wired. what gives??
 
and your laptop is? Your wired network is? Your wireless network is?

Not enough information. Believe it or not, I cannot see your gear/setup/config.
 
I would assume your network card is only 100mbps (or at least running at it) and ~80mbps is probably the max after the overhead.
