wierd google problem, kind of pointless thread, but i thought it was wierd

so i went to www.google.com
typed in
"phpbb 3" exactly like that with the quotes

and got this

but if i search for any other terms it works fine

i thought it was pretty wierd, does this happen for anyone else?
 
It worked for me, both with and without quotes. No weird pages.

Maybe you have been infected? Google might not have been yelping about the search terms, you may have sent certain cookies or extra packet information along with the HTTP request, and Google was trying to warn you.

Of course, it could always be a glitch, or like they mentioned, a problem with your network and not necessarily your particular computer.
 
It is google trying to stop the spread of viruses. There have been quiet a few phpbb hacks that spread by infecting a host then googling a version number to find more to infect, it appears that google is simply doing something to help stop this by blocking out what appear to be a virus scanning via google

it is actually a really smart way of searching for vulnerable hosts if you think about it, though in time you quickly get them all that are visible
