wich cisco equip i need to get

Hi,

I looking for a new router to route my ADSL connection.

I was looking on ebay and found several "used" cisco equipment. Now i don't really know wich router to buy.

I have a ADSL (RJ11) modem (external) with a RJ-45 connection. Now wich router can i buy for my setup?

I'm looking for options in the 25xx series. Also, what switch do you recommend along with the cisco router ?

I recommend a Linksys BEFSR41 router. It says Cisco, but it's not.

Cisco would be overkill for routing a residential DSL connection, and unless you're familiar with the IOS, it'd be a pain in the ass to configure. Get a linksys and be happy.
