Why is 4g lte or 5g unreliable when streaming and moving in a train or car (as passenger)

Simple things like web browsing, email, etc seem to work great. Is it because those things are not constant ? Where streaming is for a few minutes to a few hours (depending on if it is a youtube video, movie (from plex or air video hd), or tv show (from plex or air video hd) ?
 
Streaming video can have vastly different requirements so it's a bit of a loaded statement. Video isn't constant either, you usually download a bunch to a buffer, it's plays for a bit, then you download a bunch again. Where you run into problems is that when the phone has to hand off to the next tower, it might try holding onto the previous one for too long. The lower the signal strength the slower the speeds. In general moving tends to have slower speeds than stationary does, so what might work while standing still might not work while moving. Simply turning down the bit rate might be all you need to do to make video streaming work.

Thanks figured that could be why too :) I was streaming 4k lol.
