Why does my p67 extreme4 "double post"?

Ive been running an asrock p67 extreme4 for a while now and since I basically never reboot it I didnt gave this much thought...

Recently Ive been trying to push a bit past the 5.0 mark on my 2600k and in playing around I noticed that this system seems to post as normal... then post all over again. I updated the bios and still same thing.

What gives?

Many ASRock P67 motherboards are doing this when the Spread Spectrum is enabled in the BIOS.
Disable Spread Spectrum and see how it goes
