It isn't a good PSU for the price most likely. You can find the significantly higher quality PSUs that are confirmed to be capable of providing their rated amperage/wattage in that price range like the BFG LS-550 and Antec EA650.

Don't bother with Newegg reviews for power supplies: They're terribly inaccurate, stupid and filled with misinformation. A good majority of them are written by people who have absolutely no idea what they're talking about. Simply put, when it comes to Newegg reviews for Power supplies, take them with a grain of salt or just ignore them.When you want to know about the actual quality of a PSU, go read reviews where the PSU was properly tested. HardOCP.com, jonnyguru.com, and bit-tech.com are some of the few sites where the PSU is properly tested. So here's a review of the 750TX:
