White stuff in brand new corsair PSU? *urgent*

My new pc parts arrived today, i bought the new 650 watt TX v2 corsair PSU i looked inside the PSU and i can see white stuff it looks just like this pic

Please dont tell me its already screwed ><, i have not plugged it into my system yet
 
I think it's some sort of glue to stop the coils from high frequency vibration aka coil noise.
 
Nah definitely not a blown cap, I think my HX650 has glue on the same spot.
 
Phew i will get on with hooking it up now, thank god seriously i felt sick when i saw it, really didnt want to RMA the thing.

I just bought a new TX-850 and there is stuff like that all over the place. ;)
 
Again it's normal. I've seen it on all types of PSUs from cheap to high end ones
 
It's probably actually better than naked coils. There's far too much coil whine out there and maybe this helps prevent it.
