I installed Parallels and set up to use my Boot Camp partition. It did all this crap setting up accessibility and the magnifying glass in Windows 7 (presumably to integrate nicely with multitouch?), which hosed my OS when started natively. And it did it in such a way that I couldn't just shut it off though the Windows Control Panel.

Is VMware's Fusion 4 client tools any better?

I've been using VMWare Fusion 3 and will soon be upgrading to 4. I really like 3. Parallels was REALLY intrusive both OS X and Windows wise, but VMWare has kept everything pretty virgin. I really like it.

VM Ware Fusion here.

I also have the Windows Version running on my Win7 desktop and run some Linux VMs on it, works great :D

VMWare Fusion 4 here. Had Parallels and it slowed things down and I personally didn't like it much.

I may be the only person that likes VirtualBox, but I'm also poor. ;)
