You're going to pay out the ass for any high end card now days so....

Buy what you can afford.
 
Budget....? Come on, give us some more requirements without me asking lol. And what's your current card so we can gauge viable upgrade options...
 
I received a RTX 2070 from a contest I won.

I play BFV at 1440p with RTX on @ High settings and get 80-100+ fps depending on the situation in multiplayer maps. So, an RTX 2070 gets my vote for a stepping stone card until Nvidia puts out Amphere.
