Howdy all,

As the title says, which sub $200 GTX 5x0 card has the best stock cooler? For it's application, I'm thinking about getting one as a dedicated physx card...

Thanks for reading.

Asus, Gigabyte, and MSI all have excellent coolers. The Direct CU cooler has really won me over since I got my 460gtx. I never see above 60 degrees, even when overclocked and running benchmarks.

Hmmm, anything in a one slot configuration? I already have two SLI cards, I pretty much only have space for one more card in the last PCI-E slot.

If you want a 5x0GTX in a single slot, then plan on replacing stock with a waterblock.

For the higher end Fermi's, a dedicated PhysX card is pretty redundant.

I just did a little mini review of the GT 430 for Physx. I'm not sure how it would match up with your 570's but there are a lot of single slot version around. Physx worked pretty well and it consumes low amounts of power and generates no additional heat in my setup.
