which one to use? asus p8z77 LK or p67 sabertooth?

like the title says, i have both.... im going for overclocking as well, i currently am running the p8z77 mobo with a i5-3570k and a hyper 212 Evo push pull @ 4.6ghz.

i belive the p67 sabertooth is a better built mobo but i dont know what the big difference is?
im also running 550ti in SLI

No point in going backwards from a Z77 to a P67 motherboard.

I'd try them both out and stick with the one that give me the better OC and features I need.
