Which of these 22" monitors?

This monitor is going to be used at work, strictly for business apps and maybe some video watching. I'm on a budget so these are my 2 choices:

AOC (Envision?) 22"

There is not a lot of difference between low end lcds so since it's for work just go for the cheapest

Yeah if you're buying based on price as your dominant factor get the cheapest one. The Acer's are decent

Ok, thanks guys, I appreciate it. Meanwhile, I got the Acer, hooked it up, installed its drivers, etc. What is odd, to me at least, is that the max resolution it says in the Display properties is 2048 x 1536 and there is no option for the monitor's native 1680 x 1050. The closet is 1600 x 1200 and it looks weird. What the heck is going on??
