Which namebrand 448 core has best cooling?

So it's time for me to bite the bullet and upgrade my gpu.

I want something that has a great cooling system though, do any stick out of the pack more than others?

I remember reading that Gigabyte had some good cooling solutions on recent cards.
 
I know the MSI cards have had the best cooling around recently, at least in the 400 and 500 series
 
In terms of cooling and over all performance the MSI TF3 PE/OC GTX560ti 448 is the best performing 448 card that I have seen to date.

I think I'll pull the trigger. Tired of waiting, and probably won't see a price drop in this range after 600 series anyways.
