Which memory to go with ?

My mobo is MSI K9N ULTRA nForce 570 AM2

yes, I may overclock a bit but not too much, like +200MHz on my CPU

i have trouble recommending kits that i have not used. both of those are awesome deals after MIR, and will overclock nicely.
