Which manufacturers have transferable warranties?

I usually stick with EVGA on the Nvidia side because the transferable warranty makes the cards easier to sell (still 16mos left on my 2080Ti Black). I think MSI also has a transferable warranty? Any others? What about AMD?

I know Zotac doesn't so you can mark those guys off your list. I got my buddy's 2080ti and luckily can just get him to RMA it if that ever became necessary.

Well, I figure if I'm going to invest another $1500 in a videocard after already investing $1000 I might as well get one that's easier to sell. I know Nvidia's warranty is original owner only so the 3090 FE is out for me.

EVGA is the only one I've ever used personally and even then, I remember reading here on [H] about the company making a policy change regarding their warranty a while back.
