Which graphics chipset performs better?

I was wondering how would the graphics chipsets compare to each other when looking at an ATI Radeon 9600 64MB regular non pro, or an Nvidia Nforce430 integrated GeForce 6150 with 128MB shared (dual channel DDR2 4200 memory). I am really considering a new Turion X2 64 laptop that has the GeForce 6150 video, however if the video card is worse than the 9600, I will probably just wait until newer models come out with discrete graphics. I looked into Core Duo systems, but every model at the retailer now has "Intel Integrated Super Duper XXX Extreme 950 graphics" and I won't go anywhere near that. I know the 6150 is better than the i950. Thanks for the help,
