in terms of the low end FX series, its like this:
no aa/af:
fx5200nu (128bit) = fx5500 < fx5600xt (128-bit) < fx 5200u = fx5700le < fx5600nu < ti4200 < fx5700nu < 5600u (v2) < 5700u < 5900xt
+aa/af
fx5200nu (128bit) = fx5500 < fx5600xt (128-bit) < fx 5200u = 5700le = ti4200 < fx5600nu < fx5700nu < 5600u (v2) < 5700u < 5900xt
So basically if you a dx9 fx card better than a ti4200 you'd want to get at least a 5700nu (425/550, 128-bit) which beats the ti4200 altogether, or a 5600nu (325/550, 128-bit) which is slower than the ti4200 without aa/af but faster with aa/af.
