Which ASUS mobo should I get for my new E6300 build?

I've been forced into a new system build due to the death of my old PC, so I don't know a great deal about current hardware. I want to build a new system without spending too much money, but I am prepared to splash out a little bit if the cost is justified. I'll be using an Antec P150 with the included NeoHE 430W PSU, and a 1900XT, but don't plan on using Crossfire for the time being (and maybe not ever).

I've had good experiences with ASUS motherboards in the past, so will probably go with them again. I'll be getting all my parts from Scan.co.uk (using their 9 month finance deal), so my choices are displayed below:

I'd like to know which one I should go for and why. Also, can someone tell me if the ASUS P5W DH Deluxe or the ASUS P5B/Deluxe has the better onboard sound for gaming and music (gaming being the priority)? Will either board work well with the Logitech Z-5450 speakers?

Do both boards work well with the Corsair RAM sold by Scan:

and

What RAM should I get for my new build? I want 2GB and plan to overclock the E6300 (using stock cooling for the time being).

Finally, I'd appreciate a link to an idiot-proof Conroe overclocking guide, if such a thing exists.

Many thanks.

Also corsair is a very mobo freindly ram that i can think of, no problems with corsair.

nooh, which RAM would I be better off getting? I can get the faster RAM for a little more money, but will that extra speed be of use to me (I know nothing about overclocking and what RAM is required).

I'm thinking that my choice is probably between the 2Gb (2X1Gb) Corsair TwinX XMS2, DDR2 PC5400 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12 for £132, or the 2GB (2X1GB) Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC4200 (533), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 4-4-4-12 for £116.

I really have no idea what difference the PC5400 (667) and PC4200 (533) parts will mean in real terms. My last build was Socket A, and I really have little idea of how things work with the new systems.

Any advice would be appreciated, even if you have to use idiot-speak so that I understand.
