how does the 6800 vanilla compare to the 6800LE

you see, I lost my 6800vanailla to ESD while switching cases. Now as a 15yr old with no job I need to get a cheap 6800. BTW I refuse to down grade. so its got to be a 6800. I went to newegg and say the 6800LE. and I want to know how it compares to the standard 6800
 
yah I would definately stick with a 6800 or even a 6600 GT over a 6800LE. I feel bad about you losing your old one to ESD, that always sucks, esp at 15. I would try and pick up a PNY 6800 NU that seems to be going for 200-230 on sale. Friend got one and he seems happy. Good luck.

by the way, do you think that XFX would exchange my old card if I claim manuf defect?

and another thing, is it possible to free up some pipelines in the 6800LE with rivatuner?
 
non-ultra = the basic 6800

probably but it'd still be dishonest and amoral.
 
morality is hardly an issue when the system that the people that run the world created a system that is based on physical age, not mental age...
 
Awww...but I like pestilence. lol
well, I post again to ask if the LE can be unleashed with riva tuner (unleashed meaning using riva tuner to allow the card to use more pipelines.
