Where to buy IO panels for mobos?

Specifically for the DFI JR P45-T2RS. But where, in general, might one buy these IO panels (and why the eff would anyone not have or lose one)?

I don't use them since they are a pita to put in correctly. It only offers limited ESD protection and dust accumulation.

Ebay would be your best bet, maybe craigslist.
 
You can try contacting DFI. Might get lucky and get one ship to you for free.
