Yate Loons are different from the majority of fans in that their noise and airflow ratings are actually real and accurate. You'll find that they're quiet, and when undervolted, near silent, while still pushing a decent amount of air. Unless I misunderstood you, and you want fans that are loud and push very high amounts of air, these should be perfect.
