Where is the 512 variant of the Samsung M2 NVMe?

Unless I'm missing something it seems like Intel is the only game in town for NVMe SSD's larger than 256GB... and, then, only in PCIe configuration.

Samsung supposedly has a 512 SKU but AFAICT only the 256 version is for sale?

Are you sure it's the NVMe variety? What is the model number or the purchase page?

I've barely seen any of the NVMe versions for sale at all, regardless of capacity, who has the 256GB in stock? I'm just curious really, already bought an AHCI, waiting on the 6700K.

Wow interesting. That should be it if the model number is right, and the price is great too...
