I'm wanting to buy a Samsung 55 in Q90r but they only make that screen size in the UK. A 65 in is the smallest size here in the good 'ol USA. Hence, my question. Can you buy or is it even feasible to buy a UK version in the USA?

Have you checked that it isn't simply a different model in the US? Samsung tends to do that kind of fuckery where for example my KS7005 is the Nordic version of KS8000 and likewise my CRG9 is CRG90 or 49RG90 etc. I don't know what is wrong with them but it's ridiculous.

As above, it's common for model numbers to be different. I've no idea why they do this, but I've noticed it happens with projectors also. They are invariably identical (save for the power plug obviously), just named differently. Often displayspecifications.com will give you the alternate model numbers/aliases.
