When can we expect Big Navi/3xxx laptops?

Probably for Nvidia that will be the case. RDNA2 based cards will probably show up in Macbooks and iMACs before any gaming notebooks. Probably one more time before apple transitions everything to ARM.

My guess as well. I don't see AMD pushing hard in the laptop enthusiast space for the near future: they'll likely be pushing APUs and mid-range GPUs (esp. for Apple) there. nVidia, on the other hand, will be releasing Ampere-based laptops by late Q1 (which will be, as is tradition, extortionately priced).
