What's with my PSP video conversion?

I've only gotten one movie to actually convert to PSP format. Ripped with DVD Decryptor (tried DVD Shrink as well), merged files with VOBmerge, converting with ImTOO. I can rip and merge fine, but when I load into ImTOO to go to PSP format, I get this:

No preview, conversion results in a corrupted file. What's up here? It's done it on National Treasure, Castle in the Sky, and 101 Dalmations. Old Disney cartoons are the only things I've gotten to work. What's up here?

Never used that program, but I use http://www.pspvideo9.com/ and have not had any problems with it. You may want to give it a shot.
