generically called Health Monitoring software. Quite a few out there and another recently showed up at MajorGeeks.com within the last week or so - they host most of the other free ones too. I haven't had a chance to try the new one yet. Try the one that came on the software CD with your mobo first. In some cases, the one that came with will be the only one that works as it uses a custom chip (Abit has some like that). Most of the generic ones won't work with all mobos without some manual configuring. Write down what the Health page in your BIOS says the temps and voltages are so you can connect the correct values to the correct item. Let your systems temps stabilize for a while and then restart your computer and check the BIOS values for baseline idle numbers.
