Whats the difference in these WICS

Besides the price whats the difference? Looking at them going in a 3725 for some extra nics for my inside network.

I'm planning on using it for just internal networks line wan dmz and wifi.. Think the WIC-4ESW will work all right for that.. It's greatly cheaper
