Seems like old news to me.

1903 isn't even the current version of Windows 10, so I don't see how the article could be current. Putting today's date on old articles gets them more readers and ad revenue I guess.

that's what I thought. Because I vaguely remember 1903 is an old no. Isn't that back in either Aug. 2018 or Aug. 2019. I mean, what kind of news agency is this? They recycle old news to current news?

march last year. look at them like this; 19/03(yy/mm). bunch of crap from a gossip website.
