Whats the best FM

I need a good FREE easy to setup FM that can upload, delete, move and pretty much work in an easy way for an idiot to use (not me, but the people I work for).

All they need to be able to do is get on, look through dir, find a file, delete it and if need be, upload a new file (might be more than 1 file, so the ability to upload a few files is recommended).

Free is the operative word, functional and easy are the others.

By FM do you mean file manager?

Coming from the linux side, that probably means something different to me than it does to you.

I'm going to guess you need an FTP/SFTP tool.

In that case winscp and filezilla are both excellent and free. From a simplicity standpoint using winscp with a prebuilt config and the explorer interface is pretty simple and what I use for non-technical folks that I help out.
