What's a good temp for HD's?

I have a 120 mm fan blowing over my 2 HD's in my Lian-Li case, but for noise reasons I have the fan hooked up to my power supply (Antec Truepower 430) which controls fan speeds based on case temp. My concern is that the HD's seem to be a bit warmer than before. Motherboard Monitor 5 says that my HD temp is around 35-37 deg. C- is this too high? Should I be worried?

As a generic rule, 7200 rpm HDDs should stay below 40C. Anything beyond this will begin to shorten the HDD's lifespan significantly.

I've found that even just by touch, the slightest airflow over a drive will bring temps down drastically.
