What type of screws are used for LCD mounts?

I can't find any information about the type of screws used for the VESA mounting holes on the back of LCDs. Does anybody know the size/threads?
 
Nevermind, they are M4s and M6s for the large screens. While I typed the original question I realized I never searched using the term "VESA". Duh.
