I bought some items on 9/6 off a user here, and the deal was for 15 of them.
When the box arrived there were only 14.
The user said he would ship me the remaining piece asap... That was about 4 weeks ago.
I've asked each week for an update on what's going on and have gotten timely responses... But generally feel like I'm being given the runaround over this one piece.
Anyway, the items themselves are rare expensive at $19 a pop(in comparison, people are only willing to spend like $5 on one).
I asked the user for a refund for the single missing piece, and he can just keep it. He said he would ship it out again last week and refund the money for it... I turned that down saying that I just want either the piece or my money. E.G. Tracking asap or a refund for the $19.
He then responded back that he would refund me Friday or Saturday... Not sure what to make of this?
Anyway... I've got all this in PM's... But the 45 day dispute period is basically right up on top of me...
Do I dispute? Or do I wait till Friday/Saturday and if I don't get tracking or a refund by then issue a dispute?
