I'm about to attempt to sleeve for the first time. I will be doing custom wiring for my rig.
I have no clue which size you use for each size wires.
I also don't know what size heatshrink I should use to cover the sleeving and the wires.

I have to sleeve and heatshrink the following:
- 24pin main power cable (18 gauge wires)
- 4pin molex, sata, and ATX 12v cable (18 gauge wires)
- 3 pin fan cables (26 gauge wires)

What sizes do I use?
Anyone know any good tutorials?

I will be buying my wires, sleeving, and heatshrink from here:

are you dis-assembling the cables? Like, removing the pins sleeving it, then re-attaching?

If so, 3/4" for the ATX cable (and 1" Heatshink... HS)

Molex, P4 etc. are all fine with 1/4 or 1/2" sleeving and 1/2" HS

Fans should use 1/8" sleeving with 1/4" HS.

Thanks guys.

I'm making the cables from scratch, I already have all the connectors, pins, and crimping tool. I had PerformancePC's make my PSU modular already. But it seems like the cables weren't long enough for the cable management I had planned for my new case.

just buy the case mod sleeving kit from performance-pcs it streatches so it fits any size wire and it cums with heaps of dif sizes
